Hi, my name is Katie White, Realtor/Owner with Oliver & Associates Katie White Real Estate Brokerage.

Someone once asked me, why did I choose Real Estate?

The answer was simple – since I was little, I would have the privilege to get to go to work alongside my dad. He was a well-respected Realtor in the city for over 30 years. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps & Real Estate would be my career. I couldn’t wait to start!

I have been a licenced Real Estate agent since 2002. In 2005 I became a Broker within Oliver & Associates & in 2013 I branched out, and franchised my business & became Oliver & Associates Katie White Real Estate Brokerage. I am proud to say that every year I continue to be in the Top 5 sales for our entire office. I have an incredibly supportive, helpful husband (Chad Otterbein) who also has his Real Estate licence with Oliver & Associates. We are proud parents to 2 girls & one giant dog! As your Realtor my goal is to not only help you find the home of your dreams or to help you sell your current home, but it is to make sure the experience is as easy & enjoyable as possible.
